Let’s start with a call to find out, WHATS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING WE CAN HELP YOU WITH? If we both feel it will be a good fit, we will schedule a pre paid site visit, (typically $200) depending on the perceived size and scope or happily refer you to others who might be a better fit.

Initial Inquiry & Site Visit
Basic Consultation Package $200
❏ Scheduled visit with calendar invite and departure confirmation when going to the site
❏ Landscape analysis and discussion with owners
❏ Identify major design features, materials desired & budgeting
❏ Scribbles and schematic concept planning included
❏ Take basic measurements and photographs for documentation
❏ Setting expectations for project options and next follow up steps

Step two
design & planning
Further Design Development Options ( negotiated fee )
❏ Collect images of similar work and present in a visual dialogue
❏ 3D base model and concept images created when needed
❏ Choosing & sourcing materials
❏ Plant types chosen and plant diagram
❏ Site layout and measured plans
❏ Meet with subcontractors and other professionals as needed

Proposal & Signed Agreement
Proposal Expectations
❏ Formal proposal sent within agreed upon time frame
❏ Outline of project components / sequencing
❏ When 60% of total is paid, a construction date can be projected
❏ Mail or will pick up a deposit
❏ Expect at least 4-8 weeks between deposit and groundbreaking

Construction/ Service
Construction Expectations
❏ Project schedule set for that pre-construction meeting or phone review with owners
❏ Contractors and team show up to site for construction with advanced notice
❏ Keep your property as safe and as tidy as possible at all times
❏ Expect some site disturbance. Review questions with the project leadership
❏ Post construction review with owners, including expected maintenance schedules
❏ Full payment of project reminder for up to 15 days from project
